To minimize the impact on your daily operations, we are available nights and weekends, any time of year.

We offer transportation, delivery, and relocation services and we are a participant in the Federal WOSB/8w and EDWOSB/8e Programs.  We are certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation, State of Maryland as a MBE/DBE (Minority Business Enterprise/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise). In addition to furniture and equipment relocation, storage, installation, move management and recycling, we offer specialized containers with locks for packing classified government documents, and we can work with your security staff to ensure a safe and sound move. Secure files (up to 24 lineal feet) can be packed in order on carts and wrapped in black plastic wrap, and then moved on locked and secured trucks. If necessary, documents can be stored in either of our secure warehouses for extended periods.

We have experience moving libraries of all sizes, including libraries with millions of volumes and rare and out-of-print collections. Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced team members can move books in exact catalog order, without damaging pages or bindings, in universities, schools, law firms, hospitals, museums, etc.

Our movers can design custom crates to protect display pieces as you move to a new space or renovate a section of your museum or gallery. If you need to temporarily store artwork, antiques or other collectibles, you can be assured that your valuables are protected in our climate-controlled warehouse.

As the operator of two warehouse facilities ourselves, we understand the difficulties of moving equipment and taking apart and reassembling racking. We have extensive experience working with companies ranging from machine shops with robotic instrumentation to home improvement contractors.
